In 2010, Intex Shanghai, together with Fiera Bolzano/Messe Bozen, will launch the first China International Exhibition for Rescue Technology and Equipment.
The trade show will take place at the Shanghai International Exhibition Centre in March 2010 on an exhibition area covering about 8.000 sqm. This is the result of a negotiation between the two fair organisers that have signed on Thursday, last week, the cooperation agreement for 5 years in Beijing.

The field of civil security in China is booming. With the country’s rapid economic development and the growing affluence of its inhabitants, China is becoming more and more sensible in emergency and fire fighting and at the same time represents a very good market for companies all over the world. For the European and the Chinese companies, in the rescue sector, this is the right time to enter the Chinese market and to set new and  progressive standards on a worldwide basis.
“China Rescue Expo” is the title of the new trade-show, which will bring specialists and decision-makers, from the rescue sector in China, to Shanghai. With the new event, Intex Shanghai and Bolzano/Bozen Exhibition Centre will put together a 360° rescue and security competence centre for the Chinese market.
The trade-show will include Chinese and international companies featuring the following products and services: fire-fighting devices, personal protective equipment, special vehicles and vehicle equipment, medical equipment and vehicles, rescue services, safety and security, communication technology, emergency products and technology and much, much more for the operation of rescue and security.
The exhibition will be organised by Intex Shanghai, a professional organizer of international exhibitions since 1992, that belongs to the Chinese exhibition industry. Intex is also managing its own exhibition centre located in Shanghai Hongqiao, the first economic and technological zone in Shangahai, and it is affiliated to Shanghai World Expo Group Co. Ltd. Intex Shanghai has been the first international exhibition centre in China, approved by ISO9001, and the first exhibition exporting-hall management center in China.
The Exhibition Centre of Bolzano/Bozen, Fiera Bolzano/Messe Bozen, is a professional Italian exhibition centre located in South Tyrol, a region with a particular competence and know-how in rescue management and technology. With its own trade show “Civil Protect”, that will take place this year from March 27 to 29, 2009 in Bolzano/Bozen, Fiera Bolzano/Messe Bozen, has already a trade-show in this sector in its portfolio and represents the right European partner for Intex to start up cooperation for the new project.
Fiera Bolzano/Messe Bozen will handle all the marketing functions and sales activities for the European market and will support Intex in the strategic organisation process and in the fringe program.

Right now, in March, a delegation of Intex will participate in the trade-show “Civil Protect 09” in Bolzano/Bozen, in order to get in contact with exhibitors, partners and associations and  determine the course for the new event in Shanghai 2010.
“China Rescue Expo” will provide the best  opportunity for international companies to present their goods and services in China and provide 360 degree coverage of the entire rescue sector , along with  initiating new contacts with Chinese specialists and decision-makers in the rescue sector.
